The new normal is among us and the job marketplace is experiencing a few unique challenges in matching employee expectations to firm's productivity levels. The hybrid working model is among us and so are some delicate issues regarding teamwork in the new normal, remote collaboration versus in person communications within relevant teams. We at Jobuss Resources have been in the manpower training and management segment for last 11 years and have achieved satisfied large corporates as our clients. At one hand, we interact closely with our clients to understand their requirements closely and on the other, we hunt suitable talent to meet the needs of the clients just like any other placement organization would do. However, we take our efforts a step further - we also identify suitable talent and train them to acquire required skills to perform better in the workplace enhancing productivity and satisfaction for both the employee and the employer.
